About me
Our S.O.A.R. Program demonstrates innovative, disarming, and nonthreatening strategies and tactics to combat racism and racist acts in schools. Students are at the forefront of these exceptional and nontraditional efforts. Please feel free to discuss ways in which a program like this can operate in your school setting. This program is operated at FHTMS by these dynamic and engaging educators: Gary Russell, Ali Zenie, Jeff Novak, Lejha Callendar, Ivy Befeler, Karine Poulin, and the support of administrators Suzanne Gruendling and Monica Derochers.
